James has been working in software development and testing since 2000. Joining XBOSoft in 2007, he has overseen XBO’s on-site QA services and managed our largest teams of test engineers. As Senior Test Engineer, James brings proficiency in the leading testing tools, with specialized experience using Selenium and JMeter. James has a BS in Industrial Automation from the University of Mining and Technology. James’ superpower is in teaching young team members the right attitude towards software testing as a profession and the pahts for learning dependent on a person’s skills and interests. As an expert in test automation, he’s taught and guided many software test engineers at XBOSoft. He’s an avid traveler, hiker, and sports enthusiast.
