XBOSoft holds software quality metrics workshop on May 22 in Driebergen, The Netherlands.

On May 22 2014, XBOSoft is hosting an all-day software quality metrics workshop at Landgoed de Horst in Driebergen, The Netherlands. The workshop will be given by XBOSoft CEO Phillip Lew.

Lew argues, “Metrics need to become real information that people can make decisions with, not just look at and wonder what they should do.”

The event will cover:

●    How to create customer oriented metrics and account for the most important stakeholder, the end user.
●    How to develop and use a measurement framework so that you can measure and manage consistently over time and grade your progress.
●    How to use GQM as a way to get stakeholders more involved.
●    How to use metrics to not only evaluate what did happen but predict what will happen.
