Mobile Software Usability Task Breakdown
While it may look obvious, what is most interesting is that when we break down the data and analyze by gender and type of smartphone. You may wonder why do this anyway? Well, when examining mobile software usability, the first step is defining and examining the task executed by the user. We wanted to find the most important (assuming most frequently done is important) tasks and then later conduct more detailed usability studies particular to those tasks. After all, why analyze mobile software usability for something that no one does. More to come!
